The Art of Anton Corbijn

The Dutch Photographer has displayed some fantastic works of art over the years and is the artist behind many album overs like Depeche Mode, The Rolling Stones and U2.He has also worked with other big names like Joy Division, Morrissey and David Bowie to name a few. I was introduced to his work at the G*star party i attended not so long ago in London where Anton contributed to and attended and wanted to share some more of his inspirational pieces. He is a clear inspiration to any photographer and to myself and is certainly someone i will be looking up more frequently judging from the works of art i have been researching.

"Street photographs are at the heart of our understanding of London as a diverse and dynamic capital. They are characterised by an element of chance - a fortunate encounter, a fleeting expression, a momentary juxtaposition, capturing an ever-changing city."

Above are a few of the photographers work who feature in the London Street Photography Exhibition at the museum of London at the minute and it is running until September 4th 2011. I hope i can find the time between then and now to go visit it. but of course i will!
